ABOUT IRA STEIN
Ira Stein
Ira Stein is a talented artist who was born in the vibrant borough of Brooklyn,
New York, and now resides and creates in the bustling city of Los Angeles.
Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of apprenticing with notable
artists such as Laddie John Dill and Tom Wudl.
Ira's educational journey includes comprehensive studies at
The Brentwood Art Center in Los Angeles, where he delved into drawing, painting,
sculpture, and mixed media. He further expanded his artistic
repertoire at the Santa Monica College of Design, immersing himself in the
world of art and architecture, and he also holds a certification as a gemologist from
the esteemed Gemological Institute of America.
His passion for art history was deepened at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Moreover, Ira has honed his photography skills at Monterey Peninsula College.
Nowadays, Ira identifies as an "ISSUE-IST" whose work delves into the realms of
consciousness and provokes viewers to reflect on vital questions and problems.
